Swatches...I'm Feeling Blue

I really am feeling blue. Have had a few trying days at work, and really just am feeling down. Of course I had some retail therapy and bought a few new colors for my collection.

I have 2 drugstores, Walgreens and CVS, very close to where I live and work, so this is where I get most of my stash. I ended up with 3 bottles of blue recently. So, I thought with my mood, blue polish would be appropriate.

This first one is Milani Beach Front. It does remind me of the beach. It is a light blue, and it has a light sparkle in it. Not sure if it is silver, gold or somewhere in the middle. It does look like sand. It went on very well. This is 1 thick coat, so I would say 2 normal coats would do it. Smooth application.

The next color is Revlon Blue Slate. This is a creme. I really liked the gray undertones it had in the bottle. This one is also 1 thick coat. Covered pretty well. The brush was a little funky shaped. It looked like it wasn't trimmed straight, but no real impact on application.

This final color is Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear The Real Teal. Kick ass color. Real bright teal. I was drawn to it like a moth to a light. Formula is good. This is 2 coats as it is not thick and not thin, but just right. It also has a tiny little sparkle that is just awesome.

So, now I don't feel so blue :)
